We stand behind the quality of every pallet we sell. If any item in your shipment is:

– Inauthentic (not original)

– Expired at the time of delivery

– Severely damaged or defective,

you are eligible for a return or refund, subject to the conditions below:

Eligibility for Return/Refund

– Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your pallet/box.

– Supporting evidence (photos/videos/documents) is required.

– Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, unused and unopened when applicable.

Non-Eligible Claims

– Minor packaging wear or box damage from shipping.

– Items clearly marked as closeout, shelf-worn, or short-dated at the time of sale.

Refund Process

– Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

– Return shipping costs may be covered by us if the issue is our responsibility (e.g., damaged,

expired, or non-genuine goods).
